Beestenbos is not your typical pub or restaurant. Wolfram Ghesquière, former co-founder of Caffè Barbossa at Mechelseplein, decided to come up with a brand new concept in the centre of Antwerp. Joined with friends and peers Jago Brood and Dries Pasteels, they created a home base where you can linger with friends. They serve mouth-watering 'soul food', which consists of simple and authentic dishes to gather people around, inspired by comfort food from the Deep South. A drink in one hand and some sweet potato fries or chicken wings in the other, and you have the perfect recipe for a cozy night! Even vegetarians will find what their heart desires. Beestenbos transformed itself into a local meeting point for young and old, right in the middle of the city.
