Chez Claire has reinvented the éclair, one of Belgium's most beloved and traditional pastries. In this pink nirvana, you'll find 13 different, mouth-watering flavours ranging from sweet to savoury. Choose an éclair with triple dark chocolate, cuberdon or salted caramel crisp to satisfy your sweet tooth or single out a fruity favour such as raspberry, strawberry or passionfruit-mango to obtain you daily dose of vitamins (and sugar). Chez Claire is the brain child of Dries Henau and Yuri Vandenbogaerde, also known as 'De Jongens'. The duo achieved international praise and press for their WASBAR concept in 2012, which earned them the title of 'Topstarter'. In 2015, they also won Belgium's New Brand of the Year. For Chez Claire's pink interior, Dries and Yuri collaborated with Pinkeye, the same designstudio that designed their first successful concept.
