For Michelin star chef Sergio Herman, coffee is an essential part of life. He recently launched his own brand of coffee, named Inkbrew Coffee. This high quality brand of coffee is available in a medium roast and a dark roast. The dark roast is intense and a real powershot, perfect for espressos and milk based drinks, whereas the medium roast, mostly used for filtered coffee, is very balanced and soft. Both roasts are made with the best Arabica beans. For the production of his first coffee blend, Sergio Herman collaborated with a team of highly trained professionals and even his wife and mother advised him during the process.
