Nagano (Kaori)
Sake and Japanese cuisine are gaining popularity in fine dining and trendy restaurants in Belgium, but few people know what sake actually is. In May 2023, a Japanese delegation from the Nagano prefecture in Japan came to Belgium to teach us how to drink sake throughout Flanders for two whole weeks in collaboration with the local government of Japan and Belgian sake importer Kaori.
