Zuru Zuru Ramen’s chef Nick Hofman shares his love for ramen and how he fell in love with the dish by accident on a trip to Japan. Inspired by this authentic Japanese ramen he felt the need to bring the delicious dish to Belgium with his own restaurant. In the podcast he takes us through the process of becoming an authentic ramen chef, going from pimping instant noodles to going to Yokohama Japan to learn how to make authentic ramen at the International Ramen School.
